I'm the narrator on this great little series of films made by Fun Kids UK
I do a lot of explainer videos for different companies trying to sell their products (such as my PhoenixPB and Michellin Tyres videos), but I don't do nearly as many documentaries. Fun Kids UK got in touch and said they were making a series of short documentaries about the history of trains, aimed at kids and they wanted me to be the narrator throughout the entire series. I was more that happy to get involved. I think the videos are really well put together and it was nice to be part of such a wholesome, educational project.
Fun Kids UK is a digital and online radio station made completely for kids. They have all kinds of different content on their website; some of it is meant to entertain and some of it is meant to educate. This series of mini-documentaries about Britain's trains I've narrated is obviously the latter. However, beyond the website, Fun Kids UK really is just a great radio station aimed at kids, so it's the perfect thing to stick on if you want to keep the little ones entertained and you don't want them watching too much TV or playing too many video games!
If you're working on a documentary, explainer video, or perhaps a TV ad and you want a similar voiceover style to the one I performed for Fun Kids UK's Britains Digital Railways series, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm always happy to hear from new companies and to work on a wide range of projects. If you need a little help figuring out whether I'm right for your project, I'm more than happy to provide a free voiceover sample from your script
