When you get a call for a voiceover and Google is mentioned, it's defiantly one not to turn down.
Italian rock group Subsonica teamed up with Google+ to offer fans the opportunity to feature in the band’s 2014 tour. Using Google’s GIF maker tool Google+ Motion, fans could create GIFs that appeared on the band’s jackets live on stage. The aim behind this project was to use a fun GIF creator to engage with Subsonica's huge number of fans, encouraging more people in Italy to use Google+. The campaign seems to have been a huge success and this explainer video explains how they did it. I've been getting calls from agencies worldwide for a long while now, to put my voice on many of the worlds leading brands. Always a pleasure and hence why my news page is quite comprehensive with great projects. It was great to work with Google (biggest brand in the World?) and the Italian rock band Subsonica. I think my experience in radio has also helped me develop the kind of clear, clean voice Google needed to make this video work.
If you require an explainer video voice for a promo, tv ad or animation similar to the Google Subsonica voice, then get in touch. To make the whole process easier, just let me know the intended usage of the project and I can quote you more accurately. Feel free to send a short sample of the script and I can send you a audition to check if my voice is right for your brand.
