Animation Voiceovers

I have a plethora of animation voiceovers and I used several on this animation for Dreamcatchers.

The animation on this is awesome, so I'm really happy Dreamcatcher got in touch with me! This is only a pilot, but I'd love to see the full movie. They asked me to pull a bunch of wacky character voices out of the bag and I think I did exactly what they asked for. Take a look at my character showreel to hear more examples of what I can do. The voice session was really fun and while in most animations the characters are voiced first and then animated to match, this time we had to lip sync to the animation — which was a fun challenge.

Creating character voices.

As a voiceover artist, this is one of the most unpredictable jobs I've ever had. I never know what work is going to come in and that means that I never do the same day's work twice! It does have many rewards. Being sent a script and character visuals and then asked to create a voice for it is an absolute pleasure. I've done lots of voices for other cartoons, such as the voice of Santa for the Cbeebies GoJetter Christmas Special.
