Voicing another Minecraft advertisement

I was asked, once again, to provide voiceover for a Minecraft promo. Minecraft is one of the biggest game brands in the world, so it was a no brainer for me. Then, once I read the script, I was chuffed to discover that the video was really funny! Given the mock scientist angle for this ad, the gravitas of my Patrick Stewart voice felt like a great fit and I'm really pleased with the result — as were the team over at Mojang. A little more about Minecraft

Minecraft has been around so long now (since 2009) that you'd be forgiven for thinking that it's popularity has died down, but that doesn't seem to be the case! Thousands still play the game, and this is mostly due to the game's infinite possibilities as the best sandbox game in the world. If you can imagine it, you can probably build it. Check out the official Minecraft shop to buy the backpack and to browse their other merchandise. Or just check out the official Minecraft Twitter page to find out more about the game. It's never too late to start playing Minecraft, and the game still has a thriving online community. I will continue to voice any Minecraft videos that come my way — especially if they continue to be as funny and well-written as this one!
