Chris reached out to ask me to voice a project for PrePay Power, and the script turned out to be just one word: “Nooooooo!” Not a paragraph. Not a campaign manifesto. Just one gloriously stretched-out word that somehow needed to do all the heavy lifting. Needless to say, I nailed it.
It is a good reminder that voiceover is not always about reading long scripts. Sometimes the real skill is in delivering something tiny with exactly the right tone, timing, energy and intention. Even one word can need multiple shades of meaning before it lands properly.
